2023 Marciano Estate Kosher Cabernet Sauvignon 1500ml
The color of this wine shows a wonderful extraction, resulting in a deep, shiny garnet working its way to raspberry puree at the rim. On the nose, exquisite fragrances of dark chocolate, raspberry jam, fresh dates, persimmon and pot-pourri. The palate begins with a coating entrance and velvet mouthfeel lifted by a balance of acidity with lingering notes of pine needles and roasted pecans. The finish is ample and lingering, leaving you with flavors of vanilla beans and fresh cantaloupe.
Very approachable wine upon release. Drink now or cellar for 7-15 years.
