2021 Kosher Estate Cabernet Sauvignon: On the nose, exquisite fragrances of Griotte cherries and caramel give way to a hint of nutmeg and orange peel. 

On the palate, the wine greets you with a juicy entrance that quickly evolves to a silky mouthfeel coated by soft, granular tannins, leaving a round, fresh finish.  The finish is ample and lingering, leaving you with flavors of vanilla beans and fresh plums.

2021 Terra Gratia Kosher: In the glass, the wine has a deep color of shiny Chinese ink with light purple on the rim. The nose begins with an explosion of fruit, starting with fresh raspberries, white strawberries, fresh red currant, and subtle hints of rose petals and flint. 

The palate has a soft and silky entrance coated by granular tannins that are supported by a balanced acidity that leads to a soft and juicy finish.  You are left with flavors of vanilla ice cream, white pepper, fresh blackberries, and cassis buds.

2022 Kosher Estate Sauvignon Blanc: The wine has a beautiful, shiny straw color with metallic silver on the rim.  The aromas are balanced with notes of boxwood, white peach, blood orange, and a hint of bergamot.

The initial palate begins with a fresh entrance with bright acidity that evolves into a bright finish, showing notes of grapefruit pith, lime zest, lemon pie, and vanilla bean.

Enjoy slightly chilled, allowing aromas to flourish. This wine is exceptionally approachable upon release.
